Booked a photography session WEEKS in advance for the only weekend my husband had off in MONTHS to get holiday photos done. They cancel it less then 24 hours in advance and just send me an email that they canceled it. How rude and unprofessional.

Very good store very helpful staff very clean very well stocked was there today got exactly what I was looking for and then some the man the persons that helped us was very friendly and very helpful he knew his stuff I was very surprised to find the store in very well kept shape I'm very organized they were very professional and polite they were well stocked with everything that one might need and clothing and other items we do highly recommend this location to anybody looking for clothing winter items summer items or any other kind so give it a shot and you will find a very helpful and very good

A complete disaster area. Clothing, shoes, and accesories spread everywhere on floor. Looks awful, can't believe JC Penny has fallen so far so fast.

Brick and mortar shopping is dying a slow death...and JCPENNEY is picking out their dirge and it is NOT a celebration of a life well lived. The offerings are sparce and too much of what they have to offer is dowdy--relating to plus size womens options. Womens summer sandals are mostly offered in blacks or greys. Home goods have more shelf space than goods. Nothing to note of fashion trends or "desired" looks.The on-line shopping seems to be their life line.Check for coupons on line...they usually have at least 1 that can be used in store.I did luck out and find a pair of LIZ CLAIBORNE (copy right applies) sandals that they sold for 14.99 during a 4 day summer holiday sale...so joyful finds are scattered about.That being said...a dress that piqued my interest was 30% off...of $90. That isn't a fun find for a casual dress. Apparently I am not alone in my budget as the endless floor stands stuffed with apparel...unsold...are everywhere.The 3☆ review is for the surprise deal that lurks somewhere amongst the sea of overpriced apparel that is languishing in every dept. Finding that rare deal requires energy and determination that the average shopper now a days doesn't care to engage in. I get it--JCPENNY does not.

Extremely understaffed. Lines were very very long and slow. Everything was stuff everywhere so it's hard to tell what was on sale, what was on clearance and what wasn't. There was no one to ask. Just a hot mess.

Great sale the day I was there. Bought two pairs capri pants size 8, $14.99 each. So cute! Good fit!
